June highlights at the SocialDeal & BICTA 2012!

Howdy Brunei! Have you all had a splendid June? Cos’ SocialDeal Team sure did!

Here are some highlights on the happenings back in June:

SocialDeal was the Official Social Media Partner of the 3-day SPORTSFEST & RECREATION EXHIBITION (29^th June 2012 – 1^st July 2012) at Indoor Stadium.

The exhibition was organized by LeadingEdge Marketing and Management Services Sdn. Bhd. (LEMMS) which consists of a well-rounded festival of healthy activities and friendly competitions where peeps of all ages could enjoy.

Amongst the many sports activities were the challenging Wall climbing, Flying fox, Basketball Exhibition Match, Muay Thai and Archery. 

Sponge Bobs Square Pants Mascot kept the young ones entertained. 

An aerobic dance that was performed by the Fitness Zone was one of the main highlights that attracted lots of participants to join the Sportsfest. Speaking of which, guess who we ran into at the Sportsfest? 

It's none other than Wu Chun, our very own Brunei-born Taiwanese actor, singer and also local gym owner! Wu Chun turned up for the Sportsfest, to participate in the Go-Kart Racing activity. 

The sD girls were just in time to snap a photo with Chun just after the activity.

Our sD girls were brave enough to visit the “House of Reptiles”. Some of the featured reptiles were; Snakes, Tarantulas, Iguanas and Owls. The owner of “House of Reptiles” gave away one baby python for the lucky draw winner.

How brave was this kid! His dad has a passion for snakes so this kid basically grew up with snakes! Brunei peeps, are you game enough to hang one on your neck like this young fella?

The sD team befriended lots of 'brothers and sisters' at the event. Look at em' happy faces!

The volunteers from H.E.A.R.T (Humanitarian.Emergency.Aids.Response.Team) had been invited to help out on the event itself as paramedics.
